Dicom Limited not only manufactures new equipment but frequently refurbish second hand Dicom vertical balers, static and portable compactors.

Listed opposite are the current batch of second hand equipment that is currently available.

All of these machines will be refurbished by our Production Dept to a very high standard ensuring that when they leave our factory they will be CE certificated and meeting all current Health and Safety standards and MCE/3/16 standards.

A three month warranty will be given and if a service contract is taken out by the customer the warranty is extended to six months.

During installation the operatives will be trained in the use of the machine and a certificate issued stating that the operative is capable of safely operating the machine.

CE15 SKIP PORTABLE WASTE COMPACTOR
The CE15 portable waste compactor is a Twin Ram Heavy Duty machine that is ideally suited to sites where space is very limited.

The CE15 has a12.12m3 capacity and the option of a liquid retentive seal.

This system offers maximum benefits for waste producers such as hotels, schools, hospitals, restaurants and food processors.

PGV650 MILL SIZE BALER
The PGV650 is a well proven mill-size baler, used by many national accounts, as it offers bale weights up to 650 kgs for cardboard or plastic packaging. This machine can also bale car tyres, with bale weights up to 750 kgs (subject to a modification).

FREE STANDING TIPPER
Dicom's Free Standing Tippers are designed to lift waste containers such as 240 litre wheelie bins to 1100 litre waste containers either into a hopper, conveyor or skip. All are provided with a complete safety cage which can be secured to the floor and are designed with wheels and jacks on in order to move.

S1W/1 METAL BALER
The S1W metal baler is ideally suited to applications such as can manufacturers and where high volumes of waste and off-cuts need to be automatically baled.

The S1W/1 has 650 kN of pressing force with a specific pressing force of 406 N/cm2

DURABLE FRAME
The KE conveyor is designed for high loads. The frame of the conveyor is made of a solid steel construction. The additional sliding supports below the belt make it easy to absorb heavy loads. The lateral side walls at an angle of 90 degrees prevent material jams.
